Russell is the borrower's primary contact and consultant. He will thoroughly explain all options to the client, recommend which product(s) fit the borrowers' goals and situation best, and along with his team provide quality, efficient, and personalized service. Russell has been in the mortgage business for 18 years and was one of the original owners of 1st Priority Mortgage from 1998 - 2003. He uses his expertise and unsurpassed service to pass along to everyone a great and unique mortgage experience.

Loan Officer Assistant

Judy's duties include the ordering and following up on verifications of employment, appraisals, title work, and other important items in the process. Judy also assists Amy in the overall processing of the client’s file. Judy also comes to us with the background of working in a real estate office.

Office Manager/Processing Contact/Closing Coordinator

Amy is the backbone of our operation and is the primary contact within the office for realtors, lenders, and closing attorneys regarding the status of the loan. She coordinates the whole mortgage process, which includes sending updates in our unique purchase process to everyone involved in the mortgage loan. Amy schedules and coordinates mortgage closings with all involved. Amy, also a licensed Loan Officer, has a B.S. degree in accounting from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington and has worked with Russell for 9 years.
